Stand between the parallel bars on both legs using one hand for support.
Shift the pelvis forward, using contralateral hand
..and repeat backwards
Stand between the parallel bars on both legs without support.
Shift the pelvis forward
..and backward.
From a seated position
place prosthesis in retroflexion
..abduction and external rotation
..bend trunk
..and support yourself using chair
..with two hands on chair, draw prosthesis in under body
..and use arms and other leg to raise into standing position
..(use same method in reverse to return to the floor)
